Decoration time depends on the size and style of the setup, but most events take 1–3 hours to complete. Larger installations or custom designs may require additional time. We’ll always discuss setup timing with you in advance to ensure everything is ready well before your event starts.

Absolutely! We customise every setup to suit your theme, colours and vision. You’re welcome to request changes during the planning stage. Once materials are purchased or the setup has begun, major changes may not be possible but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your ideas.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for planning and customisation. For peak seasons and large events, earlier booking is strongly encouraged. However, if you have a last-minute request, feel free to contact us we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Our base birthday setup includes the essential elements to create a beautiful and cohesive display. This typically includes:

• A themed or colour-coordinated backdrop

• A balloon garland

• One or more plinths/cake stands

• Basic props to match the theme

• Full styling and setup on the day

Additional items like customised signage, extra balloons, light-up numbers or premium props can be added to upgrade your setup.
